Return & Exchanges
No matter you want to return or exchange goods for any reason, we will always help you! We provide return or exchange service within 15 days after purchase. You can also replace it with another equivalent product, or directly choose to refund.
Please note that we will not provide goods return and exchange services under the following circumstances.
1.With obvious signs of use.
2.Any item that is not in its original condition and is damaged for reasons not our fault.
3.Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Upon receipt and review of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund.

Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged due to our reasons. If you need to exchange the item for your reason, please make sure the item is not in use and please send an email to service@primtterfly.com, and send your item to the specified address provided by us.
